Due to Irvine Ranch Water District construction on University Drive, OCTA will detour Route 79 through the campus beginning October 7, 2009 until construction is completed in February 2010. Should other routes bordering campusroadways experience delays, they may also choose to use this same detour as well.

On the northwest side of campus, OCTA buses will enter and exit the campus at the intersection of University Drive and California Avenue. On the northeast side, they will enter at the intersection of Campus Drive and West Peltason.

Temporary bus stops, which the OCTA will share with ASUCI campus shuttles, will be placed on both sides of West Peltason at bus turnouts at Claire Trevor School of the Arts, Humanities Gateway, Crawford Hall, and Central Plant.

Please continue to keep bus turnouts clear to allow both OCTA and ASUCI buses room to safely pull in and out.
