Event Services

Special Event Parking offers a variety of services that can make your guests feel welcome and your event a success. We have a large staff of experienced student workers who will be briefed on your event and more than happy to help your guests arrive, park, and find their way with ease.

Please keep in mind that UC Irvine is an active campus and there are many events going on at any one time. The campus is extremely impacted during the first four weeks of the quarter, especially Mondays thru Thursdays. If you are planning a special event on campus, we suggest that parking arrangements be made in advance to ensure adequate parking for your guests.

Note: It is important to coordinate your event with the Parking office, so your guests have the best possible experience while visiting UC Irvine.
