Restricted Area Access

Arrange for Convenient Access to Your Event

If the location of your event lies within an area on campus that is blocked off by bollards or parking gates, our staff will escort you onto the Ring Mall where you can unload and set up your equipment right next to your event. Don't carry your equipment back and forth when you can arrange for easy access. Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance to avoid late fees.

Access Hours*: Mon-Fri 7AM-9AM and 3PM-5PM (Sat & Sun access also available)
*Access is for loading/unloading only, vehicles will not be permited to park in pedestrian areas.
