Please make sure your ZotWheels bike is locked into place by slightly lifting the basket when returning and check it to make sure lock is secure. Lock bikes into ZotWheels station or on a bike rack using a bike lock when not in use (we find unlocked bikes!). The bolts on the seat adjustment have been securely tightened so only adjust lever when moving seat up and down. Make sure bike is in first gear when starting up.
