Late Fee
$100 per event date
Parking and Transportation Services will implement a late fee to all event service requests with less than 14 days notice.
This fee is necessary due to the amount of administrative time and the difficulty involved in finding available staff to cover rush events.
Adding this fee to events requiring extra planning enables us to ensure that your event can be accommodated.
The late fee does not apply to sign only requests, the guest permit reservation system, or for bollard unlocks.
We want to continue in our effort to always provide you with quality service at the lowest possible cost.
