Payment Options

If the citation bail amount poses a financial hardship, you may be eligible for a payment contract plan.

• Documentation showing indigence must be provided to determine eligibility for the program.
• Payment contracts that are defaulted on will not be reinstated.
• Administrative or DMV registration holds will not be released until payment contract is completed.
• To those who qualify, Community Service plans may also be available.
